Wallet Pass Terms

These Wallet Pass Terms ("Wallet Terms") govern your use of the Scentwork digital wallet pass feature, which allows you to add your marketing code card to your mobile device's digital wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or similar). By adding and using a Scentwork wallet pass, you agree to these Wallet Terms and our general Terms of Service.
1. Wallet Pass Overview
The Scentwork wallet pass is a digital card that stores your unique marketing code and can be added to compatible mobile wallet applications. The wallet pass provides:
- Quick access to your marketing code for easy sharing
- QR code for contactless code sharing
- Live updates of your current reward tier and stats
- Notification of important account updates (if enabled)
- Convenient access without opening a browser or app
2. Compatibility and Requirements
2.1 Supported Platforms
Scentwork wallet passes are compatible with:
- Apple Wallet: Requires iOS 13.0 or later
- Google Wallet: Requires Android 5.0 (Lollipop) or later
- Other compatible wallet apps that support industry-standard digital passes
2.2 Device Requirements
To add and use a wallet pass, you must have:
- A compatible mobile device with a supported wallet application
- Active internet connection (for initial setup and updates)
- Sufficient storage space on your device
- A valid Scentwork account in good standing
3. Adding Your Wallet Pass
3.1 How to Add
To add your Scentwork wallet pass:
- Log in to your Scentwork account
- Navigate to your marketing code page
- Click "Add to Wallet" or "Add to Apple/Google Wallet"
- Follow your device's prompts to add the pass to your wallet
- Your pass will appear in your wallet app immediately
3.2 Pass Activation
Your wallet pass is automatically activated upon adding it to your wallet. You may add your pass to multiple devices, but each device must use the same process outlined above.
4. Wallet Pass Features
4.1 Marketing Code Display
Your wallet pass prominently displays your unique marketing code, making it easy to share with others. This code is linked to your Scentwork account and tracks qualifying purchases.
4.2 QR Code
Each wallet pass includes a QR code that, when scanned, directs users to your unique Scentwork link. This provides a contactless way to share your code at events, in stores, or during conversations.
4.3 Live Updates
Your wallet pass automatically updates to reflect:
- Current reward tier and status
- Recent purchase count or rewards earned
- Account status changes
- Program updates and announcements
Updates may require an internet connection and may not appear instantly.
4.4 Notifications
If you enable wallet pass notifications in your device settings, you may receive notifications about:
- Tier upgrades or status changes
- Important account updates
- Program announcements or promotions
- Pending rewards or payouts
You can manage notification settings in your device's wallet app settings.
5. Privacy and Security
5.1 Data Storage
Your wallet pass is stored locally on your device within your wallet application. Scentwork does not have direct access to passes stored in your wallet, but we may collect data about pass usage and updates for analytics and improvement purposes.
5.2 Information Displayed
Your wallet pass displays limited information, including:
- Your marketing code
- Your name or username (as configured in your account)
- Current tier or status level
- QR code linking to your unique URL
Sensitive information such as payment details, full contact information, or earnings data is not stored on the wallet pass.
5.3 Security Best Practices
To protect your wallet pass:
- Keep your device secure with a passcode, biometric lock, or other security measures
- Do not share screenshots of your pass that include sensitive information
- Remove the pass from your wallet if you sell or give away your device
- Report lost or stolen devices immediately to prevent unauthorized code use
5.4 Third-Party Wallet Apps
Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, and other wallet applications are operated by third parties (Apple Inc., Google LLC, etc.). Scentwork is not responsible for the security, privacy practices, or functionality of these third-party services. Please review the privacy policies and terms of service for your chosen wallet application.
6. Pass Management
6.1 Updating Your Pass
Your wallet pass updates automatically when connected to the internet. If your pass does not update automatically, you can manually trigger an update by:
- Opening the pass in your wallet app
- Pulling down to refresh (on supported devices)
- Re-adding the pass from your Scentwork account if issues persist
6.2 Removing Your Pass
You can remove your wallet pass at any time by deleting it from your wallet app. Removing the pass does not affect your Scentwork account, marketing code, or rewards. You can re-add the pass at any time from your account dashboard.
6.3 Lost or Stolen Devices
If your device is lost or stolen, you should:
- Use your device's remote wipe or lock features (Find My iPhone, Find My Device)
- Contact Scentwork support at support@leparfum.ai to report the issue
- Consider changing your Scentwork password as a precaution
- Monitor your account for any unauthorized activity
We can deactivate your pass remotely if needed, but this does not disable your marketing code. If you believe your code is being misused, contact support immediately.
7. Pass Deactivation and Termination
Scentwork reserves the right to deactivate or terminate your wallet pass if:
- Your Scentwork account is suspended or terminated
- You violate these Wallet Terms or our general Terms of Service
- Your marketing code is revoked for policy violations
- We discontinue the wallet pass feature
If your pass is deactivated, it will no longer update and may display an error message. You can remove the deactivated pass from your wallet at any time.
8. Technical Support
8.1 Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your wallet pass:
- Ensure you have an active internet connection
- Verify your device meets compatibility requirements
- Try removing and re-adding the pass
- Restart your wallet app or device
- Check for device software updates
8.2 Contact Support
If troubleshooting does not resolve your issue, contact our support team at support@leparfum.ai with:
- Your account email or username
- Device model and operating system version
- Wallet app being used (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, etc.)
- Description of the issue and any error messages
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
The wallet pass feature is provided "as is" and "as available." Scentwork does not guarantee:
- Continuous availability of the wallet pass feature
- Compatibility with all devices or wallet applications
- Real-time updates or instant notifications
- Error-free operation of the pass or wallet apps
Scentwork is not responsible for issues caused by third-party wallet applications, device malfunctions, or connectivity problems.
10. Changes to Wallet Pass Terms
We may update these Wallet Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the wallet pass after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
