Pre-Launch Phase: Final Sale
All purchases made during the pre-launch phase are final sale.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for Founder Pack or pre-launch orders.
Because these pre-launch products are custom-produced and personalized, they are not considered "resalable" or "currently marketable" under applicable state laws. As such, they do not qualify for resale or buyback obligations.
This final-sale status allows us to process and pay rewards for qualifying purchases immediately after order approval and KYC verification, even before shipment.
Why Final Sale?
Because there is no return window during our pre-launch phase, we are able to process and pay rewards for qualifying purchases before shipment. This allows our founding members to start earning immediately after their orders are confirmed and pass fraud/KYC verification checks.
Rewards Payout Timing
Rewards for qualifying purchases may be paid before shipment (after fraud/KYC checks). This accelerated payout is only possible because of the final-sale nature of pre-launch purchases.
