How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

What is your return policy?

During our pre-launch phase, all purchases are final sale with no return window. See our Returns Policy for details.

How long does shipping take?

From the time you place your order to when you receive your package, please allow a maximum of 4 months.

This includes order processing, production, quality control, and final shipping.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Alaska/Hawaii: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days (where available)

How do Scentwork rewards work?

Scentwork rewards are paid on purchases only when your referrals buy fragrances. No ranks, inventory, or autoship required. Learn more in our Marketing Code and Payouts Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 48 hours of approval. After that, we begin preparing your custom fragrance for shipping. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
