Pre-Launch Timeline
Extended fulfillment timeframe during pre-launch
During our pre-launch phase, fulfillment times are extended. From the moment you place your order to the time you receive your shipment, please expect a maximum timeframe of 4 months.
This extended window includes:
- Order review and confirmation
- Fraud and KYC verification
- Production, bottling, and packaging
- Quality assurance checks
- Final shipment and delivery
Once your order passes verification, it will move through one of our production waves outlined below.
Production Waves (After Order Confirmation)
After your order has been approved and cleared through fraud/KYC verification:
- Wave 1: Orders confirmed early in the pre-launch phase begin production first. Estimated production and preparation time: 6–8 weeks after confirmation.
- Wave 2: Orders confirmed later enter the next production batch. Estimated production and preparation time: 8–10 weeks after confirmation.
- Wave 3 and beyond: Later confirmations may take longer depending on order volume and material availability. You'll receive an updated estimate at the time of purchase.
⚠ These timeframes refer only to the period after your order is confirmed—not the total delivery time.
Delivery Time After Shipment
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery to take:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (if available)
Delivery time is separate from production and processing time. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Why It Takes Time
Each fragrance is crafted to order during our pre-launch phase. This ensures:
- Fresh, high-quality formulations
- Proper compliance and safety verification
- Controlled production scheduling for accuracy
This careful approach means production is handled in batches (waves), not instant fulfillment. We appreciate your patience as we complete this process.
Regular Updates
You'll receive:
- An email when your order is confirmed
- Updates when it enters production
- A tracking email once shipped

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website or via your Scentwork account dashboard.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with major shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. The specific carrier will be determined based on your location, order size, and shipping method selected.
Rewards Timing
During the pre-launch phase, rewards for qualifying purchases may be paid before shipment (after passing fraud/KYC checks). This accelerated payout is possible because pre-launch purchases are final sale with no return window. Learn more in our Payouts Policy and Returns Policy.
Shipping Restrictions
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories.
International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by phase and product. If international shipping is available for your order, you will see the option at checkout. International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Compliance with local import regulations
- Providing accurate customs information
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international shipping carriers.
P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported where available. Delivery times to military addresses may be extended.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
- Look in secure areas where carriers may have left the package
- Wait 24-48 hours (carriers sometimes mark as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@leparfum.ai if package does not appear
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve lost or stolen package issues. We may require a police report for high-value claims.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt if signing in person
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@leparfum.ai
- Keep all packaging materials for carrier inspection if needed
We will replace damaged items or issue a refund based on the situation.
Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@leparfum.ai. We will attempt to update the address if the package has not yet shipped. If the package has already shipped, address changes may not be possible, and we cannot guarantee delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the recipient or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for return shipping costs and restocking fees (if applicable). Refunds for returned packages are subject to our Returns Policy.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Package weight and dimensions
- Destination address
- Selected shipping method
Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
